loop Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Device Terms

   These Terms apply to the activation and use of loop Devices. They govern Device permissions, data collection, performance monitoring, firmware updates, and liability. Any other services you subscribe to may be governed by separate agreements.

2. Device Use

   By activating, accessing, or using any loop Device, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You are granted a limited right to use the Device in accordance with its intended purpose and subject to these Terms. Unauthorized resale, modification, or tampering is not permitted.

3. Data Collection and Use

   We collect limited types of data from the Device, including:

   • GPS location data: to optimize functionality, detect misuse, and support troubleshooting;
   • Device performance and diagnostics data: including battery usage, CPU/memory load, error logs, network telemetry, speed test.

   We use this data to:

   • Support and maintain the Device;
   • Prevent fraud or unauthorized access;
   • Analyze anonymized performance patterns;

   We store data securely, do not sell personal data, and limit use strictly to Device support and improvement. You may request deletion or access to your Device data, subject to local law. Disabling location services may limit certain functionality.

4. Firmware Updates

   You agree that we may remotely update the Device's firmware or software to maintain or improve performance and security.

5. Limited Warranty

   The Device includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or third-party interference is not covered. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

6. Liability Limitations

   To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

   • Indirect or consequential losses;
   • Lost profits or data;
   • Issues caused by third-party networks or unauthorized use;

   Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the Device.

7. Legal & Jurisdiction

   These Terms are governed by Singapore law unless overridden by mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction. Disputes will first be subject to good faith negotiation, then mediation, and if unresolved, to competent courts.

8. Changes to These Terms

   We may update these Terms as the Device evolves. Material changes will be communicated via website notice or Device alert. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
